Job description of the Vice Chancellor for Education:
The Vice Chancellor is the main trustee of education, research and coordination and in this regard has the following responsibilities and duties:
planning:
Planning for the effective implementation of approved training programs
Planning to provide conditions for the development of education (launching new courses, higher education)
Planning to improve the educational activities of faculty members and attract new faculty members in accordance with the educational needs.
Training needs:
Plan to review training programs and submit suggestions to higher authorities
Plan to encourage and support top students and talented students
Planning to involve faculty members and departments in management, operational, and evaluation processes
Coordination:
Coordination with other units of the same width in order to achieve organizational goals
Coordination with the activities of educational groups in line with the major goals of the faculty and university
Integrity of administrative activities and affiliated units in line with the grand goals of the faculty and university
Establish communication with the University Vice Chancellor for information on educational policies and provide suggestions and requests
Establishing relations with other university units, health and medical assistants and educational hospitals, medical system and nursing system in order to offer suggestions and attract cooperation.
Monitoring:
Supervise the activities of educational groups
Supervising the activities of the Education Department, Graduate Studies Unit, Education Development Unit
Supervise the proper implementation of rules, regulations and educational laws
Executive:
Implementing the policies, guidelines and instructions of the dean of the faculty and the vice chancellor of the university
2- Providing suggestions, opinions and issuing orders in order to promote educational activities and implement educational policies and guidelines in line with the assigned responsibilities.
Administrative referrals and complaints received to the departments of the relevant units, receiving suggestions from faculty members, departments, affiliated units, students and staff and reviewing and ordering the necessary actions, attending meetings of the Educational Council and Graduate Studies and the Faculty Board
Holding scientific conferences, workshops, retraining courses
Carrying out the necessary correspondence with units inside and outside the organization

Internal evaluation of educational groups of affiliated educational units
Continuous evaluation of training staff
Evaluation of educational processes and outputs
